Lessons- Overview Reports

There are two Lesson related reports you can create: Overview and Student Progress.

Lessons- Overview Report

A Lessons- Overview report provides details about all Lessons you have assigned. This report provides the following information for the entire license, a single group, or multiple groups within the selected license:

• Date Assigned

• Lesson Name

• Cluster

• Grade

• Completion Type

• Subtitle

• Interest

• Assigned By

• Progress

• Total Time Spent

Create a Lessons- Overview Report

1. Select Reports on the left menu bar.
   

   

   
   

2. Select the Reports Tab.

3. From the Report drop-down menu, select Lessons- Overview.

4. Complete the Search Fields as desired.

5. Select Search.
   Your report will populate at the bottom of the screen.
   
   

   

   
   
   

   If you have access to multiple licenses, be sure to select the desired license(s) from the License Name dropdown in the Search Filters.

   
   

6. Select the grid icon to add or remove fields from the report.

7. Select Export to create an Excel file of this report.
